Some problems do exist with the pipes inside the offices. Especially during the summer period when people are using air conditioning system. Сondensation from pipes begins to drip onto office equipment and this is not the best experience in your life.
Seems to be a nice place keeping in mind it was an old Soviet institute. They have enough parking space and several places to eat which is good. Logistics is also nice.
